2026 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Date: Saturday, 21 November 2026

Time: 10am – 2pm

Venues: Katanning Leisure & Function Centre, 4 Pemble Street, Katanning

Ingot Perth, 285 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont

The 2026 Wagyl Kaip Aboriginal Corporation General Meeting will be held as an in person only

meeting at each of the above locations. These two venues will be connected by IT and will be able to hear and speak to each other.

Attendance at the Annual General Meeting is for members of the Corporation only.

The register of members will be provided at the entrance to the meeting. Members are asked to check and, if required, update their entry on the register. The minutes of this meeting will record members present, as per the details in the register. Quorum for the meeting across both venues is 50 persons.
