Expression of Interest to Lease

The ILUA provides for the creation of the Noongar Land Estate to provide benefits for Noongar people.

Two land parcels at Lot 220 and Lot 221 Hardy Street Cranbrook sit within the Noongar Boodja Trust.

The board now invites Aboriginal Corporations who would like to lease one, or both, of these lots to forward an “Expression of Interest” by 19 September 2025.
