Nominations for Member Directors

WAGYL KAIP SOUTHERN NOONGAR ABORIGINAL CORPORATION MEMBER DIRECTOR ELECTION NOTICE

CALL FOR CANDIDATES TO SEEK ELECTION

By resolution of the directors, the Wagyl Kaip Southern Noongar Aboriginal Corporation (‘WKSNAC’) (ICN 7876) is seeking experienced and skilled corporation members to be Member Directors. A ballot is scheduled to open on 1st August 2025 for four (4) Member Director Positions that are elected by the members of the Corporation. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set out below are invited to nominate for the above positions.

The nomination period for the above positions will commence on 01 August 2025 and will close on 22 August 2025 at 5:00pm.

The ballot for the election will be counted on 21 November 2025 at 3:00pm, and the result announced at the WKSNAC’s AGM on 22 November 2025.
