This week we celebrated the first step in a new cooperative management partnership between Wagyl Kaip Southern Noongar Aboriginal Corporation and DBCA, as part of the South West Native Title Settlement.

WKSN chairperson Jeanice Krakouer and DBCA South Coast regional manager Peter Hartley signed a commemorative certificate to recognise the committee's first meeting.

The committee will deliver high level advice on matters affecting the conservation estate within the WKSN settlement area.

We're looking forward to working together to create a productive partnership to cooperatively manage land into the future.
